ALPHA FEMALE ONLY GROUP COACHING

Alpha is a weights based resistance training programme. This group is designed to give you the benefit of being trained by a personal trainer without the price tag. Based on a weights programme that is led by Coached by Faye, focused on learning technique, form whilst progressing in the gym to achieve your goals.

Suitable for new mums to develop pelvic floor strength post partum.

With a variety of class times and the ability to pick and choose your session times this groups offers complete flexibility

Full access to the gym is included along side a weights based gym plan to give you the extra push to achieve your goals. The plan is delivered via the coaching app, for online accountability, logging, with handy training tutorial videos to help you do the exercises properly.

With the added bonus of a once a month Body Composition Scan (B.C.A.)via the Tanita Body Composition Scan.

You will always know your exact progress in body composition. Find out the changes in health metrics such as weight, metabolic age, body fat, muscle mass and much more. This in depth digital scan lets you know the exact changes in body fat weight and muscle mass. Along side this, you have your weekly online accountability check-in, to keep you on track and accountable to your coach. If your goals are weight/fat loss or weight gain we will help you achieve those.
