If you are getting upper body done, clothing will need to be removed to expose the area for affective treatment. For lower body treatment shorts are required.

The therapy room is located at the top of the stairs as you enter the reception area in the gym foyer. When you arrive please go up to the black chair waiting area outside the therapy room at the top of the stairs in front of you.

When you book, you will required to either pay a deposit via card or full payment at the time of booking to secure your booking. Any remaining balances can be made by cash or card at time of treatment.

We do not accept paypal.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before only and no charge will be accrued if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation/rescheduling cannot be done within 12 hours of the appointment and deposit/full payment will be lost and is non refundable.

If you cancel more than 12 hours before your appointment, full payment will be valid until gift certificate expiry date.

If you cancel within 12 hours, or do not attend the appointment, payment/session will be classed as used.

Current availability on diary is up to 50 days ahead and you can book appointments up to one hour before they are due to start.
