WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

The gym is located just outside Limavady.

22a Windyhill road, Aghanloo, Limavady bt49 0jw.

(We are at the back of the Tradewinds centre)

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

The Gym is open daily from 5am -10pm.

The only day we close is from 1pm Christmas Eve and we reopen at 10am Boxing day

WHAT AGE DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO JOIN?

You have to be 16 years old to attend FJR. If you are under 18 you must do a gym induction before you can train on your own and have parental permission to join.

DO I NEED A GYM INDUCTION?

FJR IS AN UNATTENDED GYM.IF YOU HAVE ATTENDED OTHER GYMS AND ARE CONFIDENT IN YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO SAFELY USE THE GYM EQUIPMENT, YOU CAN CHOOSE NOT TO HAVE AN INDUCTION. YOU MUST SELECT "NO" IN THE PAR-Q WHEN YOU SIGNUP.BY DOING THIS YOU ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF EQUIPMENT AND IT WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK.BY SELECTING "NO" YOU HAVE WAIVED THE CHOICE OF AN INDUCTION TO THE GYM.

Gym inductions are held Wednesday’s at 8pm and Saturday’s at 9.30pm

Under 18’s are required to have a gym induction.

Your gym membership automatically allows you to book into the gym inductions on the booking diary on ClubRight. If you want your gym induction before you join, simply email us to book in team@fjrgym.co.uk.

HOW MUCH IS IT TO JOIN?

There is no joining fees, or minimum contracts and gym inductions are free. Gym memberships start from as little as £40 per month. We offer a range of memberships.

I’M I TIED INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE DIRECT DEBIT?

No, our direct debits can be cancelled at anytime, there is no minimum term.

WHAT CLASSES DO YOU DO?

We offer a full range of Pay As You Go classes, check out the classes section on the website for the up to date timetable.
