What is INVICTUS?

INVICTUS is our new and improved weights based camp offering that evolved from the feedback we got about the much loved Shred camp here at FJR.

What’s involved?

Starting again in the New Year, a 4-week weight training camp INVICTUS will begin, focused on delivering fitter, leaner, and stronger healthier you.

Each programmed session consists of 30mins barbell work and 20 mins functional conditioning training.

The weights training program is based on strength and conditioning principles. Each week you build on your skills, learning techniques from our skilled and experienced coaching staff.

Learn how to lift weights safely and perform Olympic lifts. Bring about changes in physique, strength, and on the scales. As the camp progresses, we will build upon the skills you have learned to maximize results from the programming.

Along with the choice of two diet plans to follow, results are guaranteed and you can expect to at least drop 1-2 clothes sizes as well as a change on the scales over the 8 weeks.

This camp is not for absolute beginners who have never been in a gym before, but a basic level of gym knowledge is needed. Do not worry about fitness levels, that is why you’ll be joining, making a fitter healthier you!

What is included in the camp?

  • Choice of 6 programmed sessions per week

    Weight and barbell-based training sessions with the flexibility to change which session you attend. Attend as many as you like per week.
    (Subject to session space and availability)

  • Accountability

    As part of your package, you will be provided with the opportunity to track your body composition with weigh-ins, photos, and progress monitoring. Weekly weight-ins will be available depending on COVID restrictions.

  • All access to FJR timetabled classes

    If you are motivated to go above your programmed session, access to all of the FJR Fitness classes during the camp inclusive to your camp purchase - worth £30

  • Full expert coaching

    Our certified and experienced coaches will guide you through the techniques and watch over your postures during the workouts to ensure you gain the technical capability to get the best out of your sessions.

  • Camp success guide

    Beyond the training room, you will be provided a camp success guide. This success guide will cover all you need to know about achieving your goals in alignment with your training. Diet plans are a key component.

  • Private training room

    With a max of 16 in each camp - INVICTUS will have a close-knit community of males and females working out together towards common goals. Enjoy the privacy to train with familiar people in the spacious and private training room.

  • FJR Perks
