Willy (Stephen) Wilson

Hi, I am Stephen (Willy) Wilson, I am a Personal trainer and have been since September 2018, I'm a Military veteran and also an ex Close Protection officer with 15 years of experience working abroad in hostile environments.

I have a passion for helping my clients achieve their fitness goals, be that to lose weight, tone up, or strength and conditioning. Having spent years in a training environment as an instructor, I have a unique talent for transferring all my academic and practical experience to my clients in a safe and friendly environment.

I believe strongly in positive reinforcement and working with my clients to achieve their goals, whether that's on the gym floor using the latest equipment or working outdoors using just bodyweight exercises.

My goals for my clients are simply to train hard and get results.

Level 1 Strength and Conditioning, Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal trainer, HIIT Step instructor

Beth Hassan

Beth Hassan - Level 3 certified Personal Trainer. I graduated from Liverpool John Moore’s University with a class 1 (BSc) Hons Sport & Exercise Science (2018). I have a strong passion for sport & fitness and I am involved in team sports such as Gaelic football and hockey.

My aim is to help my clients on their fitness journey, whether that is to lose weight, gain muscle and ultimately improve confidence.

I am also a qualified Youth Worker and have 3 years of experience working with young adults with learning disabilities and autism.
